When shopping our online menu, you can quickly and securely complete your orders as one-time purchases. But to really take advantage of our services, we encourage our customers to sign up for a Whitebox Membership, to receive member-discounted pricing, early-notice of new and limited time items, and of course earn reward points that will earn you free items! 

How It Works

To sign-up and qualify for a membership you must purchase one of our  Whitebox Premade Boxes. Before adding the box to your cart, you must select the "Yes" radio button under Whitebox Membership. This will immediately apply your discount, and will activate your membership when you complete your purchase!

Basic Membership Questions

My order was more than just one Whitebox. Can I make my full purchase reoccurring?

Can I make changes to the products in my reoccurring order?

Of course! Variety is the spice of life! As long as the order retains a Premade Whitebox, you change whenever you'd like. Simply call or text Sean directly at (661) 219-1749, or send us an email to memberships@cooneymeats.com with your request.

Can I change the frequency of my reoccurring order?

Yes! You can increase the frequency to weekly, or decrease the frequency to no more than six (6) months. Just call or text Sean directly at (661) 219-1749, or send us an email to memberships@cooneymeats.com with your request.

I didn't select "Yes" on my order. Can I still activate my membership?

Absolutely! We understand that the process isn't optimal, and that mistakes happen. Anytime after your order, call or text Sean directly at (661) 219-1749, or send an email to memberships@cooneymeats.com with your order number and your request.

Can I receive a bigger discount on my reoccurring order?

We love the enthusiasm! We're all about saving our customers time and money! You can increase your monthly order discount by adding items to your existing order, and if you refer a friend that signs up for a Whitebox Membership you can also increase your discount! As the pricing of our items are subject to availability, it's difficult to display the saving's structure. Can I check my membership status online?

Unfortunately, no. Currently our Whitebox Membership component is managed offline. We're working to publish the membership management update to our website. Account Information & Cancellations

I want to change my delivery address, or have my order sent to two locations. Can you do this for me?

We can definitely assist you with these requests. To qualify for splitting your order, a Premade Whitebox must go to each location, so you must have more than one Premade Whitebox in your order or added to your order. When will you charge me for my reoccurring orders?

Your reoccurring order charge will happen on, or on the following business day of when you placed your original order.

Can I change the day of the month when I'm charged?

Can I change my payment method for my reoccurring order?

Can I cancel my reoccurring order?

Although we hate to see you discontinue our reoccurring services, we understand and take cancellations with at least 3 days notice before your next reoccurring payment date.
